Let my multifuncional printer Canon (n0 good) to get fixed in Las Vegas, NV and is taking forever. Please help me to find legal advise for that, consumer rights related to eletronics online or books. Thanks

    There really is no minimum time for getting it repaired. That wouldn’t be fair to the company. Who’s to say that your printer isn’t on the verge of death? If your father went in for a little operation and it ended up being a 13 hour ordeal, would you throw a fit too?

    taking forever. Well. I guess if you gave it to them and they need the time to repair it, law doesn’t seem to enter into it. You gave it to them; unless you contracted for a time of return, you don’t really have anything to say unless you have asked them to return it and they refuse.

    well i suppose it would depend on he arrangement you made at the time you dropped the piece of equipment off.. in your case if the printer was shipped back to Canon, you might be able to write the company..and aim high enough here, that you made a significant purchase with the limited funds you had (embellish here) and decided that Canon would be the pest bang for my buck, after a short period of time the …(place degraded functionality here) stopped working, i then sent back the equipment to (place location here) on ( date) and have yet to receive an acceptable response nor turn around on this equipment.. it is my belief that if your company cannot repair my printer that a replacement should be made available to me as i am now left without a printer to work with.

    Now hopefully you have a customer service number that you can call…and hound…there is no better way to get a company to increase priority on your case other than to become a pain in the ….

    also hope you sent it back to Canon and not some corner repair shop..or your screwed.
