Commonwealth: Virginia “The Lemon Law”
(Also adopted later by the federal Gov.)
Contract to buy law– the consumer has 3 days to withdraw his contract to buy.
State: California “The Lemon Law”
And a new revised Contract must include the “Contract to buy law” in writing notation.
