    You can’t complain now, you are supposed to pay your bills. Been there done that.

    No. And your rights as a consumer stop when you stop paying the bills.

    I believe they are. They should send you a notice telling you “48hours to pay your bill” or something to that effect.

    i don’t think they need to give you notice for cutting off service. that’s why they have so many disclosures. call the company and tell them you want info.

    Different states have different laws, it also depends on the phone network you are using. Most of them have cleary stated in their terms and condition form that thecompany has full right to do what ever they want with out any notification letter
